            我公司，深圳市建和智能卡技術有限公司，在此承認恩智浦有限公司對“NXP”、“恩智浦”及“MIFARE”注冊商標及其他商標所享有的權利，并對我司此前未經授權在銷售過程中以誤導和侵權方式使用了“NXP”和“MIFARE”注冊商標的行為（即在非恩智浦公司或恩智浦公司授權生產的產品上使用“NXP”和“MIFARE”標識的行為）表示歉意。我司承諾非經恩智浦有限公司的允許，將不再使用“MIFARE”、“NXP”、“恩智浦”及其他類似的商業標識。

            Our company, Shenzhen Jianhe Smart Card Co., Ltd，respects that NXP B.V. enjoys the trademark rights to the registered trademarks “NXP”, “EN ZHI PU” in Chinese character, “MIFARE” and other similar trademarks. We apologize for using “NXP” and “MIFARE” in a misleading and infringing way in the process of selling. We also undertake that we will not use the commercial logos such as “NXP”, “EN ZHI PU” in Chinese character, “MIFARE” and other similar trademarks.
